We
are a growing family church on the move and on
the rise. A ministry of faith, hope and love,
exalting the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ. We are believers from all walks of life
who are at different places in our relationship
with God in our lives. We are truck drivers and business owners,
students and homemakers, career professionals and everything else in
between, but most importantly,
we’re family!
We are learning to live our lives according to the
promises of God's Word each day, growing from faith to
faith and changing from glory to glory. We are
men and women who are exhorted to conduct
our daily lives with honor and integrity.
We
are people of vision and purpose with our eyes
on what we're going to, not through - for we
"walk by faith, and not by
sight."
We are looking
to be a blessing to our families, our church, our communities,
and our nation. We want to be part of God's
answer to the problems that face our society.
THE VISION
The vision
of Believers' Victory International Church aka
Gordon Mueller Ministries Intl. is three-fold.
One: It is to partner with the
Lord in building a multi-ethnic
congregation and an international partnership of
prosperous believers who are passionate about winning souls!
Two: It is to disciple a strong core of
leaders who are Spirit-led,
love motivated, and faithfully committed!
Three: It is a vision of believers who
know the Word, know how to pray the Word, and know how to
appropriate their faith for victory, and for the
victory of others, here locally and throughout the
world!
OUR MISSION
"Together- Reach out, Love people,
Change lives!"
Our three-fold approach: One) Reach
the lost through the preaching of the gospel (good
news) of Christ, which is the power of God unto
salvation. Two) Teach believers who they
are in Christ; How to exercise their authority,
walk in their covenant rights,
and live out their inheritance. Three)
Heal the sick and diseased, and set the
captives free. (Matthew 9:35)
And last, but not least, proclaim to the world
that...
Jesus
Is King!

ABOUT US
Before entering into their own ministry, Pastors
Gordon and Delores Mueller served their local church in many different
capacities
of ministry over a span of 15 years. Pastor Gordon served as a prayer counselor,
musician, Sunday school teacher, youth minister, Deacon, Assistant
Pastor, and eventually was voted on to the Board of Directors.
While Pastor Delores worked very closely with Pastor Gordon, she
also served as Secretary of the Board of the women’s
ministry.
In
August of 2002, with much prayer and counsel, Pastors Gordon
and Delores Mueller, by the leading of the Holy Spirit launched
out from their church leaving behind many wonderful memories
and friendships. Though it was hard for them to leave they
knew the Lord was closing one door and opening another!
On
the first Sunday of September 2002, they met with their children
for worship in the living
room of their home. In the middle of the second week the Lord
added two families to their meetings, and by months end there
was a total of four families meeting on Wednesday and Sunday.
At the end of October they had grown to six families meeting
on a regular basis.
BELIEVERS'
VICTORY INTERNATIONAL CHURCH IS BORN
In
November, the meetings were moved to the business office of Pastors
Gordon and Delores Mueller, in the
City of Carson. There, they designated an area of their warehouse
and began conducting services under the name “Victory
of Faith Christian Center”, which was later changed
to “Believers' Victory International Church”.
Approximately 10-12 families gathered together every week
for worship, prayer, and the Word of God. Soon, not long after,
a search was initiated to find a facility that would accommodate their
ever growing needs as a congregation. To date,
the members of Believers' Victory International
Church have a place they call home, at least for
now. The new facilities provide a gracious sanctuary, Sunday
school classrooms, a nursery and a toddler
room, an administrative office, kitchen,
sound /editing room, and reception area in a beautifully
landscaped commercial park, located in the City of Carson.
