About Pastors Gordon & Delores

Pastors Gordon and Delores Mueller are long time residents of the south bay area and have been married for over 25 years. They have raised three beautiful children, Leinea, Moriah, and Eli-sha. All three are involved with the ministry. It was in the mid 1980’s when Pastors Gordon and Delores asked Jesus into their hearts, to be the Lord of their lives. After surrendering their lives to Christ, the Lord led them to a local church where, together, they actively served for well over a decade. But it was in August of 2002 when the Lord set them apart for the work which He had called them to. In October of that same year the ministry was birthed in the living room of their home. And in November of 2002, the church officially launched.

Pastors Gordon and Delores Mueller are the founders of “Believer’s Victory International Church” (BVIC) and “Victory International School of Ministry” (VISOM). They are also the majority owners of The American Wellness Company also known as "AmWell" a successful wellness-based distribution company, located in Southern California.

Message of Salvation

"No one could ever love you more than I do!"

As I watched and listened to the evangelist on my television he gave an invitation to receive Christ, he said, "if any man be in Christ, he becomes a new creation, old things are passed away, behold all things become new!" That's when I heard, “Gordie, no one could ever love you more than I do! Not Delores, not your parents, not your family or friends. No one!" Those are the words I heard the Lord Jesus say to me the night I finally surrendered my life to Him. Well, I received Christ into my heart, and something wonderful happened to me that memorable night that brought such a peace to my heart and mind. Needless to say from that moment on my life has truly been blessed. Oh, don’t get me wrong! Let me tell you, up until that night my life was in turmoil. Inside I was a mess. But I discovered that Jesus can turn your mess into a life changing message! The greatest decision anyone could ever make in their life is a decision for Christ. My friend, the Bible makes it real clear that “man” has a “sin” problem. In Romans 3:23 it says, “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God…” Romans 6:26 says, “For the wages of sin is death…” Revelation 20:15 says, “And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” The good news is, Jesus said in the gospel of John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth and the life.” Jesus also said in John 10:10, “The devil comes not but to steal, kill and to destroy, but I am come that you might have life and life more abundantly.” I found out God is good! He’s not against me, he’s for me. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know my thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts for good, not evil, to give you a good expected outcome for your life.” In Romans 10:13 it says, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord (Jesus) shall be saved.” Well, “whosoever” means we all qualify. Would you give me the honor to lead you in a prayer for salvation in Christ Jesus? No, I’m not asking you to join a church or a religion, but to receive Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior! Ready? Repeat this simple prayer with me: Jesus, I come to you as I am. I need your help. I repent of my sins and renounce the lusts of this world. I confess, “You are Lord!” And now, I’m asking you to be the Lord and Savior of my life. I believe you lived, died and shed your blood for my sins. Thank you for washing me in your precious blood, forgiving me, and cleansing me from all unrighteousness. I believe that you were raised from the dead and now sit at the Father’s own right hand praying for me. And because you went to such great lengths for me, I believe you have a plan for my life that is for good and not evil, with great purpose and destiny. I receive you, NOW! My friend, if you said that prayer from your heart, I believe you just got “born-again!” You have just been made the righteousness of God in Christ. I want to be the first to congratulate and welcome you to the family of God. We’re a big family and growing bigger every day, giving the devil a fit! Now go tell somebody you just made Jesus the Lord of your life! Jesus said in Matthew 10:32, “Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.” I also want to encourage you to pray and ask the Lord to lead you to a good Bible based – Spirit-filled church, where they will teach you "who you are in Christ" and the "authority" you posses now as a born-again believer.
